Penn State Rugby Coaches & Referees
This plaque celebrates all the individuals who volunteered for at least 4 semesters as coaches or referees, for either the men’s or women’s teams (or both). In the years before coaches received any compensation, this included the head coaches with one or two assistants. More recently, the coaching staffs have expanded in some seasons to include specialists in unit play, set pieces, attack, defense, kicking, and restarts.
